What is a Hydrogen on Demand Dual Fuel Cell System
Inside your cell there is a process being performed called electrolysis, the splitting of water into its gaseous component parts, hydrogen (H2) and Oxygen (O). This water is split and the gases are directed toward the engines' combustion chamber via the intake manafold where they mix with the carbon based fuel (petrol, diesel etc) and then ignite. Often, an engines fuel will ignite early and won't burn the fuel completely. This creates inefficiency, increases consumption and creates high emission readings and these emissions are what pollute the atmosphere.
When the hydrogen and oxygen (HHO) gases mix with your carbon based fuel, they increase the octane rating and allow the fuel to burn almost entirely, thus reducing the amount of pollutants. The additional effects of this are more power to the engine from the increases in its efficiency which improves your miles per gallon and much more.
Hydrogen on Demand and how it works
Fleet managers, from each corner of the earth, are looking for ways to reduce cost, not to mention ways to meet the unyielding global need to reduce carbon emissions and our dependency on fossil fuels. Carbon Clean Direct has stepped in to the breach to do just that, to provide companies with the products to help in the fight to regain some of the bottom line, as well as meeting their own environmental targets, let alone what government targets may be set at for them to achieve.
Most standard engines are very wasteful during normal carbon only based fuel ignition, not all the fuel in the combustion chamber is efficiently ignited. With a Hydrogen on demand system your engine is burning a greater quantity of fuel due to the size of the hydrogen oxygen atoms igniting with your regular fuel, therefore increasing efficiency. This more efficient burn creates more power which in turn allows you to do more mileage on a single litre of fuel and that is what translates into lower fuel costs.

Carbon Clean Direct has a system designed for many of the industries which provide fleet vehicles, whether it's a small taxi firm running vehicles from the airport every day or a large international transport company supplying Europe and back, there is a system built specifically for your fleet requirements.
